- Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in Food Science, Bioengineering, Automation, or related fields).
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer operations; familiar with DCS / SCADA systems or industrial automation control software.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fermentation workshops (winery/pharmaceutical), pre-treatment workshops (beverage/cola), or batching/blending workshops of well-known large-scale food brands. Experience in the dairy or beverage industry is highly preferred.
- Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of dairy or brewing processing technologies is a strong plus.
- Automation Skills: Hands-on experience or good understanding of central control operations on fully automated production lines.
- Age Profile: 25–30 years old (with the right balance of experience and energy for shift work).
- Work Schedule: Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts (including night shifts).
Key Responsibilities

System Monitoring & Operation: Remotely monitor and control the fully automated dairy production line (pre-treatment, batching, pasteurization/UHT, CIP) via the SCADA/DCS system.

Process Parameters Control: Strictly execute the product recipe and process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, fermentation curves) to ensure batch-to-batch quality consistency.

Troubleshooting: Identify system alarms promptly, perform emergency adjustments on the control panel, and coordinate with on-site floor workers to resolve technical or mechanical issues.

CIP (Clean-in-Place) Management: Operate the automated CIP system to clean tanks and pipelines, maintaining strict hygiene standards required for dairy products.

Shift Handover: Strictly follow shift handover protocols, ensuring accurate logging of production data and smooth transition of current fermentation/processing batches.
