Job title: Migration Specialist - HubSpot Replatforming
About the Role The HubSpot Replatforming Team helps clients transition content and design to get their HubSpot account up and running, with a focus on Template Setup and Website Migration services.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients in applying their branding by inserting a premade set of templates and modules into their HubSpot account (Template Setup).
- Recreate and organize existing website content inside the HubSpot platform to support a smooth migration (Website Migration).
- Collaborate with client teams to understand migration requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
- Coordinate with design and development stakeholders to ensure branding consistency and functional migration, including modules, pages, and assets.
- Provide information and guidance on migration options and next steps to request more information when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience with HubSpot CMS and content/migration projects.
- Understanding of branding parity and content structure during platform transitions.
- Strong communication, project coordination, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate business needs into migration tasks.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with HubSpot replatforming or similar CMS migrations.
- Familiarity with HubSpot templates, modules, and branding guidelines.
