About the Role Join Ashby as a Migration Specialist focused on helping large organizations switch to Ashby. You’ll enable fast data imports, streamline implementation, and ensure a smooth move to All-in-One recruiting platform.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate data migration from legacy ATS using custom connectors to enable fast imports that deliver data in days, not months.
- Work with Ashby’s Customer Success team to define migration strategy, implement workflows, test processes, and provide analytics support as part of the subscription.
- Manage change and adoption for large organizations, ensuring minimal disruption and predictable timelines.
- Collaborate with customers to plan and execute a successful implementation with flexible options and potential contract buyouts.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruiting technology migrations or ATS implementations.
- Strong data extraction, mapping, and validation skills across multiple systems.
- Proven ability to coordinate with Customer Success, IT, and HR stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with Ashby or similar All-in-One recruitment platforms.
- Familiarity with data connectors and ETL processes.
