Role Overview
The Migration Engineer executes under the WorkSpaces SME across the full program. During the build phase, the role packages and delivers applications through Microsoft Intune, builds images and bundles, automates per-user provisioning for Amazon WorkSpaces Personal, and executes the developer and managed-services migration waves. Subsequently, the role transitions to become the contact center migration engineer, handling pilot execution, provisioning, onboarding, and production cutover waves for a large number of agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Package and deploy applications through Microsoft Intune (Win32 and MSIX), build configuration and compliance policies, and validate them on Entra-joined Windows 11 images for Amazon WorkSpaces Personal.
