Migration Business Analyst – Transact T24 Specialist

About the Role

The Migration Business Analyst will support Julius Baer’s core banking transformation by migrating client, account, and transactional data into Temenos Transact T24. As a key member of the programme, the BA will combine business insight with technical proficiency to ensure accurate, auditable, and compliant data transitions while upholding data integrity and regulatory adherence. What You'll Do

• Lead and facilitate migration workshops with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and IT teams to define data sources, transformation rules, and acceptance criteria.

• Ensure workshop outcomes—decisions, open points, exceptions—are fully documented, reviewed, and signed off.

• Translate business requirements into detailed data mapping specifications between legacy systems and T24 entities (e.g., CUSTOMER, ACCOUNT, SAM, CONTRACT, POSITION, LEDGER, FEES & CHARGES, ETC.).

• Oversee the build activities performed by the migration development team and own the testing process to validate their deliverables against agreed specifications.

• Execute and/or supervise test scenarios, including data extraction, transformation logic, file formatting (FBF), and load validations in T24 environments (DEV → UAT → PROD). What We're Looking For

• Experience leading data migration projects, preferably in core banking or large-scale data transformation initiatives.

• Hands-on experience with Temenos Transact T24 or an equivalent core banking platform.

• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed data mappings and acceptance criteria; strong documentation and specification skills.

• Track record of managing development teams and end-to-end testing across DEV/UAT/PROD environments.

• Knowledge of data integrity, regulatory compliance, and auditable data transitions; excellent stakeholder management. Nice to Have

• Deep experience with Temenos Transact T24 (specialization preferred).

• Familiarity with FBF file formats and T24 data load processes.

• Prior exposure to private banking or Julius Baer projects.

• Knowledge of data governance and regulatory reporting.
