About the Role The Manufacturing Team Member is an hourly, full-time position at Aisin, focused on maintaining production flow, quality and defect control for AEI products for the Latino/Hispanic community. The role supports standard work and kanban processes in a hands-on manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
- Follow kanban and standardized work to support production flow
- Perform quality checks, manage defects, and follow change procedures
- Lift up to 55 lb and work in rotating shifts
- Adhere to safety and attendance standards What We're Looking For
- Ability to follow kanban, standardized work, and quality procedures
- Experience or ability to manage defects and handle quality documentation
- Physical ability to lift up to 55 lb, safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work rotating shifts Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing or AEI product assembly is a plus Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $19-$26 per hour
