Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join our Global Loans/Global Markets group in the Seattle office. Candidates should have at least two to four years of experience in middle-market commercial and commercial real estate finance, including revolving loans, term loans and syndicated credit facilities. Experience with financing private equity-backed acquisitions and/or an accounting background and experience is preferred but not required. This position will offer opportunities to work on both lender and borrower matters, as well as long-term career growth.
All candidates must have strong academic credentials and be a member of, or will join, the Washington State Bar, or be licensed in another state and have the immediate ability to waive in by motion.
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits. More information regarding benefits and programs may be found here.
Compensation range: $235,000 to $310,000.
