Role overview Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Middle Software Engineer in Test (SDET) for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is a global technology company specializing in self-service payment solutions and digital customer engagement for the retail petroleum industry.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in software testing. Experience with Cypress.IO (Playwright is also acceptable; if none of these, Selenium is acceptable). Knowledge of Zephyr Scale. Experience with any programming language. Understanding of different types of testing such as end-to-end (e2e), integration, UI and unit. Programming knowledge of classes, loops, variables, and functions. Understanding of using code management tools such as Git or SVN. Knowledge of Jira and Confluence. Basic troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Create testing scenarios, find defects, and automate specification files (spec files). Create test plans, develop and implement test strategies. Accurately define and log defects when they arise. Design and write automated test scripts, Ensure the overall quality of software products.
