About the Role The remote Middle School Math Teacher at Stride is a highly qualified, state-certified educator responsible for delivering specific course content in an online environment. This role provides instruction, support, and guidance to students while managing the learning experience in a remote setting.
What You'll Do
- Deliver middle school math curriculum content to students in an online environment.
- Provide instruction, support, and guidance to promote understanding and mastery of mathematical concepts.
- Manage the remote learning environment and monitor student progress to ensure successful outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Math certification for grades 5-8 and current state certification as an educator.
- Indiana residency; ability to obtain reciprocity within Indiana within 60 days of employment if certification is from another state.
- Experience delivering instruction in a remote/online setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work full-time.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $46,000 - $50,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance bonus.
