Mid-to-Senior Quantitative Trader

About the Role The Quant Trading team develops and implements high-performance data and trading infrastructure to trade crypto spots and derivatives, manage risk, and explore opportunities across prediction markets and traditional markets. We are looking for mid-to-senior quantitative traders to join our multi-strategy desk and help drive the next stage of growth in our trading business. What You'll Do

• Build and operate high-performance data and trading infrastructure for cross-asset crypto trading and risk management.
• Develop and implement trading strategies; systematically trade crypto spot and derivatives, prediction markets, and traditional markets.
• Combine statistical market analysis, strategy research, and strong engineering discipline to turn ideas into production trading systems.
• Work in a flat, highly collaborative environment with data analysts, core developers, and trading operations; move quickly and think independently; leverage AI-assisted development where appropriate.
• tackle research, execution, infrastructure, and live trading problems across the full stack. What We're Looking For
• Mid-to-senior quantitative traders with experience on multi-strategy desks; track record of delivering research-driven trading ideas.
• Strong quantitative background (statistics, market analysis, strategy research) and solid engineering discipline.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, production-like environments; independent thinker with good communication and collaboration.
• Experience trading across crypto spots and derivatives is a plus; interest in or experience with predictive markets and cross-asset opportunities.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and modern tooling is a plus. Nice to Have
• Experience building and maintaining production trading systems and high-performance data infrastructure.
