Join Game Loft in Barcelona as a Mid-Senior Level Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for our games portfolio. You will collaborate with bold and talented teams to shape product vision from ideation to delivery in a hybrid, Barcelona-based environment under a permanent contract. This role focuses on delivering engaging gaming experiences and measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do

Define product strategy and a clear roadmap for core gaming products, aligning with business goals.

Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, marketing) to deliver features from concept to launch.

Prioritize backlog, write clear requirements, and define success metrics and KPIs.

Gather user insights and market data to inform decisions and iterate on product bets.

Collaborate with stakeholders in Barcelona and across teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Own product backlog and partner with data analytics to measure impact and optimize for retention and monetization.

What We're Looking For

Mid-Senior Level or senior product management experience, preferably in gaming/entertainment.
