Mid-Senior Front Office Developers to build and enhance high-performance trading systems. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, designing scalable systems, and working in a fast-paced, low-latency environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Rust and/or C++.
- Build scalable, reliable, and low-latency systems that support front office trading activities.
- Participate in system architecture, technical design, and component ownership throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and engineering teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system stability and reliability.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

4–8 years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Strong programming experience in Rust and/or C++.

Hands-on experience building low-latency or high-performance systems.

Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, concurrency, and performance optimization.

Demonstrated ownership of key system components or technical initiatives.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Stable career history with consistent technical growth.

Nice to Have

Experience in electronic trading, capital markets, fintech, or financial services.

Exposure to C or Zig.

Familiarity with Linux, multithreading, networking, and distributed systems.
