About the Role Samsara is a fortress in a volatile market. The Mid-Market DACH role focuses on owning revenue in a high-performing segment, with remote work and required client visits. This role offers the chance to sell a complex suite of products to multiple personas across the DACH region, driving impact in essential industries.
What You'll Do
- Own your destiny: operate as a pure revenue leader, responsible for 80-90% net-new logo acquisition through a self-sourced pipeline.
- Get In Early: The DACH Mid-Market is a high-achieving segment with a window to build something significant.
- Sharpen Your Edge: Access elite enablement — Command the Message and MEDDPICC coaching — to close more effectively.
- Manage deal cycles from €10k to €300k, selling a complex suite of 15+ products to 8 personas, including MDs and Finance Directors.
- Visit clients in the region as required (typically fortnightly).
- Build genuine relationships, relentlessly prospect, and maintain forecast accuracy through a data-minded approach.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 18 months in a full-cycle outbound-heavy SaaS closing role, with a proven history of building your own pipeline.
- Track record of hitting and exceeding quota in a competitive, complex environment.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles and technical POCs.
- Native German language speakers.
- Intellectual curiosity, a structured repeatable sales framework, a data-minded approach, and a commitment to continuous process iteration.
