About the Role HubSpot is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive for the DACH region who is fluent in German to drive growth from remote Ireland-based, focusing on small and mid-sized businesses as they transform and scale. You will use proactive and inbound sales strategies to identify prospects, win new logo customers, and increase adoption of HubSpot's CRM platform. What You'll Do
- Develop and manage an annual, quarterly, and monthly business plan for your region
- Acquire new prospects through inbound and outbound leads
- Conduct qualification conversations with executives and department heads
- Close new business and renewals with a monthly quota or higher
- Sell through internal champions to various stakeholders and directly to leadership
- Collaborate with Marketing and IT teams to refine HubSpot's sales strategy for new features and products
- Deliver online or on-site demonstrations of our products What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in a target-driven sales role
- Strong German and English language skills
- Experience in a complex sales environment
- Experience engaging board-level executives for a change
- Experience managing a monthly/annual pipeline and producing accurate forecasts
- Proven track record of exceeding monthly and annual targets
- Training/certification in a standardized selling method (e.g., Sandler) Nice to Have

- Annual cash compensation range: €81,800 - €108,200 EUR
