About the Role
HubSpot is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive for Central & East Europe. Inbound selling, you will use inbound leads, partner with Business Development Reps to research prospects and create outreach strategies, run online demos of the HubSpot software, and successfully sell the HubSpot value proposition. Your target clients will largely consist of mid-sized businesses. This is a remote, home-office role with an inside sales model and a full closing role. Candidates are eligible to be office, flex or remotely located in Republic of Ireland or Germany based on individual preference. What You'll Do

Quickly identify challenges that prospective customers face and discover the best solutions for their business

Consistently close new business at or above quota

Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies

Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business

Work collaboratively with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced

3+ years of Closing Sales experience

Fluency in English and any of the languages from the CEE territory; Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian or Greek are a distinct advantage

Strong prospecting skills

Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills

Accurate forecasting and pipeline management

Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota, President's Club)

A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them

Top performers in the Remote Account Executive position usually have: strong communication, time management and adaptability in order to be set up for success remotely
