We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Interior Designer to join a leading hospitality interior design firm based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative designer with a solid foundation in hospitality to step into greater project ownership, working on luxury hotels, restaurants and F&B venues that deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of high-end hospitality projects from concept through to completion
• Develop creative and functional design concepts aligned with client briefs and brand standards
• Support the management of project timelines and deliverables, working closely with senior designers and external consultants
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, schedules and presentations
• Assist in guiding and supporting junior designers and design assistants
• Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to help ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in interior design, with a clear focus on hospitality projects
• Portfolio showcasing hotel, restaurant, or F&B design work
• Proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar)
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E selection, and technical detailing
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage directly with clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
