- Begleitung von anspruchsvollen nationalen und internationalen Fusionskontrollverfahren sowie außenwirtschaftsrechtlicher Investitionskontrollverfahren (FDI), einschließlich komplexer Phase II-Verfahren und grenzüberschreitender Koordinierung paralleler Verfahren
- Beratung und Vertretung in nationalen und europäischen Kartellverfahren vor Kartellbehörden und Gerichten
