Job title: Mid-Level Associate
The Role We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Mid-Level Associate to join our Employment & Compensation Practice Group in Mexico City. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated employment matters for leading domestic and multinational clients, combining both labor advisory and labor litigation experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates, advising clients on day-to-day employment matters, strategic workforce issues, labor compliance, and complex disputes.
Skills and Experience
- Law degree and license to practice law in Mexico.
- Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in employment and labor law.
- Solid experience in both:
- Labor and employment advisory/consulting matters.
- Labor litigation and dispute resolution.
