About the Role
Zapier is expanding its Microsoft Teams integrations to help enterprises automate communications and collaborative workflows. This role focuses on enabling AI-powered automation for Microsoft Teams with enterprise-grade security, compliance (SOC 2 and GDPR), and performance.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain automated workflows that connect Microsoft Teams with 9,000+ apps and 450+ AI tools to automate chat, channels, and notifications.
- Create and manage triggers and actions for Microsoft Teams, such as New Channel, New Message, New Team Member, New Reply to Message, and channel messages for updates and alerts.
- Ensure enterprise-grade security, audit trails, and a no-code visual workflow builder experience across deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft Teams workflows across apps like Atera, Typeform, Google Calendar, Slack, Jotform, ConnectWise Manage, BrightHR, Google Business Profile, Notion, HubSpot, and Google Workspace tools.
