About the Role

We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Power Apps Developer, Power Automate Developer) to join our team. As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will drive digital transformation across Parexel by designing and building innovative solutions that enhance collaboration, streamline operations, and support clinical research activities. This position plays a key role in architecting enterprise solutions, optimizing business processes, and enabling teams to work more effectively through Microsoft 365 technologies. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, follow industry-standard development practices, and contribute to solution delivery from design through deployment and support.

Responsibilities include designing end-to-end Power Platform solutions, developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, configuring SharePoint environments, and providing technical guidance to optimize Microsoft 365 capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy model-driven and canvas-based Power Apps that address complex business requirements and improve operational efficiency

• Build and optimize Power Automate workflows to automate business processes, reduce manual work, and enhance data flow across enterprise systems

• Architect end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing across Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments

• Customize and configure SharePoint lists, Power Query, and disparate systems to meet business needs and integrate data seamlessly

• Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand process pain points, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that drive measurable impact

• Identify opportunities where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be leveraged to improve processes and facilitate organizational transformation

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and administration to ensure solutions perform optimally and meet user needs

• Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure quality, adherence to standards, and continuous improvement of solutions

• Candidate Profile

You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages

• Strong technical foundation in SharePoint administration, configuration, and customization

• Proficiency in Power Query and data integration techniques

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams

• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages), MS SharePoint, and Power Query

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Computing) or a related field, or equivalent project-related experience

• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale solutions

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Apps certification

• Experience in the clinical research or life sciences industry

• Experience with additional Microsoft 365 applications and enterprise integration patterns
