About the Role As an Application Support Engineer with Accenture Flex, you will act as a software detective, identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will work with a diverse network across Accenture to deliver innovative solutions and drive business transformation using the latest technologies. This role emphasizes advanced Power Automate capabilities and hands-on cloud and remediation work, delivering reliable results onsite and remotely. What You'll Do
- Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate; Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
- Develop a deep understanding of system components to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative problem-solving environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to communicate status, risks, and solutions.
- Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and implement preventive measures to improve reliability.
- Work onsite 60% (3 days) and remote 40% (2 days) per week; time away policies apply. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MS Power Automate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MS Power Automate Cloud.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud.
- Minimum of an associate’s degree.
- Bank experience (preferred).
- Strong software engineering experience (preferred). Nice to Have

- Salary range: $40-$50 per hour (varies by location).
