About the Role
We are seeking a contributor to help build and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM integrations with Zapier, enabling AI-powered automation and enterprise-grade workflows across thousands of apps.
What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain Zapier integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related AI automation tooling

Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to uphold enterprise-grade security, SOC 2, and GDPR controls

Create scalable, reliable no-code workflows using Zapier's visual builder and ensure comprehensive audit trails

Work with customers and internal teams to optimize Dynamics 365 CRM automation and integration performance

What We're Looking For

Experience with CRM integrations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Familiarity with no-code automation platforms and building enterprise-grade workflows

Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR)

Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration

Nice to Have

Experience integrating 9,000+ apps and 450+ AI tools

Knowledge of AI tooling integration in workflows

Prior experience with Zapier or similar automation ecosystems
