- Provide subject matter expertise in microelectronics hardware, design, and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and validate hardware solutions
- Support program reviews, technical documentation, and risk assessments
- Translate customer needs into robust, reliable electronics hardware What We're Looking For
- Experience in microelectronics, semiconductor devices, and hardware integration
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
- Familiarity with DoD or defense-related projects (preferred) Nice to Have
- Experience with radiation-hard electronics, PCB design, or lab instrumentation
- Knowledge of test methodologies and reliability analysis
