Microbiologist Specialist for Coloplast Manufacturing Portugal

Here you will play a key role in ensuring the production environment complies with production standards we aim to follow and thereby ensuring the safety of our users.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage quality processes in cleanroom production and support in the cleanroom validation activities.
- Support the microbiological laboratory, supervise equipment and perform microbiological assays.
- Ensure compliance with MDSAP and internal standards.
- Collaborate with HR to train employees and external staff.
- Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare quality documentation and reports.
- Participate in internal audits.
Your Qualifications:
- Academic background: A relevant academic background in Microbiology or similar (B.Sc. or higher).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in accredited laboratories or similar (experience in the medical devices industry is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and procedures.
- Good communication skills.
