Job Squad is currently seeking reliable and experienced Cherry Pickers to join a leading logistics operation in White Haven, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse and material-handling experience who are looking to join a professional, fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate cherry picker equipment to retrieve products from elevated storage.
- Accurately pick, verify, and stage products according to customer orders.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate order selection and product handling.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and safety expectations.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements

Previous experience operating a cherry picker.

Previous warehouse, order-picking, or fulfillment center experience.

Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Commitment to following workplace safety procedures.

Bilingual English/Spanish required.
