• Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of PD Marketing and China leadership, shaping the mid- and long-term growth agenda for the China PD business and translating enterprise priorities into clear market choices, investment priorities and execution roadmaps.
• Lead Strategic Marketing as the primary scope of the role, integrating market, customer, policy, access and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities, sharpen portfolio direction and improve commercial performance.
• Lead commercially oriented New Product Planning for selected products, devices, digital solutions and business-model opportunities that are sufficiently mature for China evaluation; focus on commercial attractiveness, local fit, launch feasibility and investment recommendation rather than early scientific or pipeline assessment.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. Minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare, including 3-5 years in Strategic Marketing, Portfolio Strategy, Commercial Assessment, Commercial Excellence, New Product Planning or related roles. Preferred Background: Renal care, dialysis or chronic disease management experience; strong understanding of China healthcare policy, reimbursement, procurement, hospital ecosystem and commercialization pathways; multinational matrix exposure preferred. Core Competencies:Strategic thinking; customer and patient insight; commercial acumen; market and competitive analysis; portfolio prioritization; forecasting and financial modeling; pricing and access; business-case development; launch planning; cross-functional leadership; executive communication; fluent English and Mandarin.
