About the Role
Provides oversight and management of field engineering services within a geographical operating region. Responsible for managing people, finances, and other resources needed to maintain customer relationships, employee growth, revenue growth, system reliability, and system improvements. What You'll Do
- Provide administrative, management and technical oversight of distribution design and field engineering (Power Quality, Voltage issue resolution, feeder level distribution planning, contingency switching, reliability programs, etc.).
- Manage group resources to achieve group maintenance goals, reliability and financial goals.
- Manage resources and budget activities to achieve strict compliance with Entergy's guidelines.
- Provide operational support at the jurisdictional and network level to improve customer satisfaction and reliability performance.
