We are looking for an experienced PI MOL2 Manager to lead MOL2 process integration and drive process, yield, and product performance improvement. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge in semiconductor process integration, proven problem-solving and cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing engineering team. Experience in technology transfer, yield improvement, defect reduction, and manufacturing execution is highly preferred. Meanwhile, have demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, data analysis, and problem-solving. Must be have (1) Cloud Assist (2) AI Supported (3) Agentic Solution ability.
