About the Role ExxonMobil seeks a lead to drive AddCo-leveraged MG/MGP product development and deployment. You will align with PLM on project objectives, execute the TDM process for new MG/MGP products, and collaborate with PLM, Procurement, AddCo, and OEM teams to obtain product claims, support product launches, and manage deployment activities with Midstream. What You'll Do
- Develop new MG/MGP products
- Define projects with PLM and annually agreed project Objectives & Deliverables (O&Ds) and work goals
- Annually align on Objectives & Deliverables for projects
- Execute the TDM process to deliver new MG/MGP products
- Work with PLM and Procurement (e.g. issuing RFI/RFQ) to identify best offer from cost and supply perspective
- Serve as main interface with additive companies for MG/MGP products
- Collaborate with AddCo and OEM Technology Advisor / OEM Technology Specialist to obtain product claims, support Marketing for product launches
- Execute product deployment activities for MG/MGP products, including coordinating MFRs, PMoCs, ECRs with Midstream What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree or above in Chemistry/Allied subjects (CGPA ≥ 6)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience
- Good knowledge of technical tools
- Strong English communication (verbal and written)
- Solution seeker with ability to critically evaluate different solutions
- Commercial intensity and ability to drive product to commercial success, not just commercialization
- Ability to manage risk Nice to Have
- Excellent program management skills
- Technical degree (e.g., chemical engineer)
- Excellent communication and business relationship skills
