About the Role Provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for a 24/7 optical manufacturing operation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational excellence, and customer requirements. Leads the development of long-term manufacturing strategy and capabilities to support business growth and evolving customer demands. Focuses on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. What You'll Do

• Lead and direct all manufacturing operations, shaping long-term strategy and capabilities to support growth and evolving customer demands.
• Ensure production targets are met with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Monitor and report key operational performance metrics, driving data-informed decision-making for leadership visibility.
• Own the financial performance of the manufacturing organization, including budgeting, cost optimization, and capital investment planning.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Champion Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, 6S, and a High-Performance Work Team culture.
• Lead adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, and digital tools to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and team member development.
• Partner with HR to drive talent strategies, workforce planning, and employee relations initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and standards across production operations.
• Maintain direct contact with customers and suppliers to foster improved quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business goals and plans aligned with EssilorLuxottica’s strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to support a 24/7 operation.
• Six Sigma/LEAN familiarity and experience.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated abilities to coach and develop people.
• Customer focused. Nice to Have
• Experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Master’s degree (MBA, Engineering, or equivalent).
• Strong background in highly automated or advanced manufacturing technologies. Compensation & Benefits
• Pay Range: 168,029.40 - 230,390.60.
