Job description
-
Minimum 8+ years of experience in the implementation, development, and enhancement of Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.

Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.

Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, and driving them through development and deployment.

Hands-on experience in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.

Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX development, REST APIs, Kafka, Middleware/ESB concepts , JSON/XML and OIC ( Oracle Integration cloud)

Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements, system configurations, and solution designs.
