About the Role
Join VNA Care as a live-in Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Metrowest area. This role provides compassionate in-home caregiver support to clients, helping with daily living activities and basic household tasks while collaborating with coordinators to monitor client condition. What You'll Do

Assist client with household management in a kind and compassionate manner

Light housekeeping tasks

Assist with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparation

Consult regularly with the coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment

Maintain confidentiality of clients What We're Looking For

Home Health Aide Certification or CNA training

Compassionate, patient approach; ability to maintain confidentiality Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $21-$23 per hour (live-in positions may list $275 per day). Mileage reimbursement; potential add-on bonus based on hours worked.
