About the Role Join VNA Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing in-home care in the Metrowest area. You will support clients with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and compassionate assistance in their homes, helping to promote health and independence. This role offers hourly opportunities with flexible day and overnight shifts. What You'll Do
- Assist client with household management in a kind and compassionate manner
- Light housekeeping tasks
- Assist with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparation
- Consult regularly with the coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment
- Maintain confidentiality of clients What We're Looking For
- Home Health Aide Certification or CNA training
- Ability to perform light housekeeping and activities of daily living
- Strong communication with coordinators and maintain confidentiality
- Flexible schedules including days and overnights Nice to Have
