About this role

About the Role The Metrology OGP Programmer will interpret prints and product specs to define OGP program requirements and measure critical dimensions. You will write, run, and validate OGP programs, analyze preliminary data, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with the technical team. This role supports continuous improvement and training at P&G's Boston Go & Tech Center. What You'll Do

  • Read and interpret prints to understand OGP program requirements, including GD&T, tolerances, and datums.
  • Read and interpret all product specifications to identify required dimensions and propose changes to meet goals.
  • Write OGP programs to measure critical dimensions identified by the team.
  • Participate in team meetings on job requirements, timelines, and risks.
  • Be flexible with last-minute print changes and required dimensions/tolerances.
  • Run and debug OGP programs, conduct validation tests, and perform preliminary data analysis.
  • Troubleshoot program issues during validation (tools, calibration, pallet dimensions).
  • Train team members, including apprentices.
  • Contribute innovative ideas during team meetings. What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of OGP MeasureMind and OGP Zone3 programming.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; basic math principles.
  • Proficient in blueprint reading and able to work from complex drawings; GD&T knowledge is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS Teams and MS Outlook.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven capability to train others when appropriate.
  • High degree of knowledge and autonomy to manage follow-ups and handle tasks proactively and independently.
  • Commitment to wearing required safety PPE. Nice to Have
  • GD&T knowledge (preferred). Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting Pay / Salary Range: $32.00 - $52.00 per hour
