About the Role The IGO Methodology Team maintains S&P DJI’s methodology document library and ensures definitions adhere to regulatory and stylistic norms. The Associate will support systems and workflows that support the library, collaborating with teams worldwide to improve processes in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. What You'll Do
- Owning and managing the document editorial review process
- Implementing and overseeing workflows related to document library maintenance
- Conduct editorial on annual methodology reviews and perform regular standard document maintenance
- Work with IT and the wider IGO team to improve methodology-related workflows
- Contribute to continual improvement by designing and refining systems and workflows in an AGILE framework What We're Looking For
- Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in the index business
- Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong project management and ability to coordinate multiple groups across globally located teams
- Self-starter with a drive to improve processes in a fast-paced environment
- Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum three years’ experience in finance, financial journalism, technical writing, editing, systems design & management, or related fields
- Experience using Power Automate
- Broad knowledge of global markets across asset classes
- Knowledge of content management systems
- Experience in an AGILE environment
- Proficiency in coding/systems design and management Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 95,061 – 110,500
