About the Role Take on a new challenge as a full-time Method and Tools Manager in Borg El-Arab, Alexandria to apply your performance measurement and KPI expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll ensure effective implementation of methodologies, tools, and performance metrics that drive the success of operational applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. What You'll Do
- Defining and deploying standardized methodologies while minimizing local discrepancies in operational applications.
- Capturing Engineering Métier requirements and translating them into functional specifications for tool development.
- Leading work package delivery within new solution projects, ensuring adherence to project governance and gate review checklists.
- Facilitating fluid communication with Key User networks and sharing up-to-date functional evolutions with end-users.
- Ensuring efficient mitigation during operational crises to minimize end-user time loss.
- Maintaining clear and structured reporting, including KPI monitoring and continuous improvement proposals. What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience or understanding of performance measurement, KPI development, and operational applications.
- Knowledge of end-to-end data flow integration and functional validation processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analyzing and mitigating complex operational challenges. Nice to Have
