About the role
We are seeking a Meta Performance Marketing Specialist to lead hands-on Meta advertising efforts focused on customer acquisition. This role involves managing campaign budgets, creative testing, measurement, and scaling with an emphasis on acquiring customers who activate, pay, and retain.
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (On-site)
Experience: 4 - 9 years
Compensation: Up to ₹30 LPA, flexible for the right candidates
Key Responsibilities

Take direct ownership of Meta Ads Manager campaigns and budgets, including setup, pacing, and scaling

Collaborate with filmmaking and growth teams to run creative testing

Focus on metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), payback, and profitability

Provide reporting grounded in actual business outcomes
