About the Role This position focuses on implementing and optimizing MES solutions using the iTAC MES Suite to support electronics manufacturing. You will drive process visibility, data collection, and traceability across SMT, AOI, ICT, and testing stations to improve manufacturing efficiency. What You'll Do
- Implement, configure, customize and integrate iTAC MES Suite across production lines
- Design and optimize MES workflows for electronics manufacturing, including SMT, AOI, ICT and various test stations
- Analyze, describe, and implement process flows within the MES
- Work hands-on with traceability systems to ensure accurate data capture
- Utilize SQL and scripting to customize MES behavior
- Apply integration protocols, web services and APIs to connect shop-floor equipment to iTAC for automatic data collection
- Collaborate with manufacturing and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and system reliability What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of MES fundamentals and architecture
- Strong experience with iTAC MES Suite including configuration, customization, and integration
- Deep understanding of electronics manufacturing processes (SMT, AOI, ICT & different test stations)
- Experience in analysis, description and implementation of MES process flows
- Hands-on experience with traceability systems
- SQL and scripting skills for MES customization
- Knowledge of integration protocols, web services and APIs to connect shop-floor equipment to iTAC for automatic data collection
