About this role
Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard qualified merchants
- Complete merchant KYC, documentation, and account opening requirements
- Deploy and activate payment terminals and drive transaction usage
- Build and maintain merchant relationships
- Promote merchant financing and relevant banking products
- Identify opportunities across CASA, collections, vendor financing, AltPower, and other ecosystem solutions
- Monitor merchant activity and provide first-level support
- Drive merchant acquisition, activation, and transaction KPIs
- Conduct field visits and market engagement activities
- Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements, and operational standards
Requirements
- HND or equivalent
- Age: 28 years or below
- Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
