Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in any discipline; 1–2 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, business development, customer engagement, or a related role; Experience in banking, fintech, FMCG, telecommunications, or other customer-facing industries is an added advantage; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-management skills; Target-driven, proactive, and passionate about sales and business development; Ability to acquire and manage merchants while meeting assigned targets
