About the Role At its core, this role focuses on merchant-facing case resolution with a proactive, white-glove approach. You’ll have scope to shape how we work with merchants, bring ideas, take initiative, and influence new ways of working. You’ll be commercially minded, comfortable with ambiguity, and confident building trust with a wide range of stakeholders, from Enterprise merchants and Franchisees to Sales, Operations and Product teams. What You'll Do
- Build strong, cross-functional relationships by working alongside assigned Account Owners to manage a dedicated portfolio of merchants.
- Support complex, high-touch, white-glove case ownership, end to end.
- Work proactively to spot and resolve problems before merchants raise them.
- Contribute to shaping how we work with merchants by bringing ideas, taking initiative, and influencing new ways of working. What We're Looking For

- Experience owning end-to-end, white-glove relationships with high-value merchants.
