About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Merchant Acquisition & Cluster Growth Agent to onboard electronics merchants onto our BNPL-enabled platform and drive adoption within the Saka Tinubu electronics market cluster.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and onboard electronics merchants.

Demonstrate the platform and communicate its benefits.

Train merchants on platform usage and BNPL transactions.

Drive merchant activation and first-time transactions.

Build and maintain strong merchant relationships.

Follow up regularly to encourage repeat usage.

Track activities and provide field reports.

Target:
- Build and maintain at least 50 active merchants within the cluster.
Requirements
- 1–3 years' experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, fintech, telecoms, POS, or related roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with excellent follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working in the field and engaging business owners.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital platforms.
