- We are recruiting Merchandising Officersacross Southern Nigeria.
Job Description
- Execute market, street, school, and retail activation campaigns. Merchandise products in line with company standards.
- Set up branded promotional and product sampling stations.
- Conduct consumer education and product sampling activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Ensure excellent product visibility and compliance with approved pricing.
- Distribute promotional materials and gather market intelligence.
- Submit accurate daily digital field reports using a smartphone.
- Properly maintain company uniforms, merchandising equipment, and promotional materials.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Must be fluent in Nigerian Pidgin English.
- Basic smartphone proficiency.
- Valid means of identification.
- Must reside in Asaba or its environs.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Southern Nigeria.
Benefits
- Earn up to ₦200,000 monthly, comprising
- Weekly Field Support: ₦2,000 per working day (approximately ₦40,000/month) for meals and field expenses.
- Performance-Based Earnings: Up to ₦160,000/month based on attendance, KPI achievement, compliance, and program completion.( Earnings: ₦200,000)
- Company-provided accommodation during approved out-of-station assignments.
- Official travel and transport support for approved field deployments.
