REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Certificate/Diploma Sales Commerce or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Merchandising, Sales, FMCG or Modern Trade.
- Experience working with supermarkets, hypermarket, wholesalers, or major retail chains is preferred.
- Experience handling brands promotions, POSM and in-store execution is an advantage.
Key skills
- Strong Merchandising and product-display skills.
- Good knowledge of planogram shelf share, FIFO/FEFO, stock rotation and pricing.
- Good communication and negotiations skills.
- Smartphone/data collection skills for daily reporting (must be android).
