Job Title: Merchandiser (Electronics)

Location: Abuja (FCT), Anambra and Kano

Employment Type: Full-time

They are seeking a proactive and results-driven Merchandiser to drive product visibility, availability, and effective presentation across assigned retail outlets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper display of electronic products, monitoring inventory, supporting promotional activities, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners to improve sales performance.

Ensure proper display and presentation of electronic products in retail outlets in line with company standards.
Monitor stock levels, product availability, pricing, and shelf conditions across assigned stores.
Conduct regular visits to electronics shops, showrooms, and retail outlets to maintain product visibility.
Ensure product displays, promotional materials, and point-of-sale materials are properly positioned and up to date.
Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, promotions, and market activities within the electronics sector.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with retailers, distributors, and store personnel.
Provide customers with basic product information and direct technical enquiries to the appropriate sales or support teams.
Track product movement and identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock items.
Prepare regular reports on stock availability, competitor activities, product visibility, and market trends.
Identify and report damaged products, missing display units, and other merchandising challenges.
Support sales teams in implementing promotional campaigns and activities aimed at increasing product sales.
Ensure compliance with company merchandising policies and brand presentation guidelines.

Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales, or consumer electronics is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of electronic products such as televisions, audio systems, home appliances, or consumer gadgets is desirable.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to monitor stock levels, maintain accurate records, and prepare basic reports.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve assigned targets.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories and visit multiple retail outlets.

N250,000 - N350,000 / month.
