Job title: Merchandiser
About the Role The Merchandiser collaborates with the sales and marketing teams to service and merchandise a defined account universe in accordance with house and supplier guidelines. Primary locations include Hartford, Newington, and Avon, CT, and the role is onsite.
What You'll Do
- Maintain supplier POS and merchandising inventory by managing inventory status and organizing merchandise.
- Install and build displays with customers and sales management, coordinating timing and location of displays.
- Maximize pull-through of products by stocking shelves and displays where legally permissible.
- Execute resets (cold box, shelf, back bar) with customers and management to coordinate timing and plan specifics.
- Process orders to draft department (where applicable) by communicating and filing necessary paperwork.
