Job Description

Our client is seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Merchandiser to support product visibility, availability, and sales performance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring product displays, managing stock visibility, visiting retail outlets, and ensuring the company's products are properly presented to customers.

Ensure the company's products are properly displayed and arranged at retail outlets.
Monitor product availability and report low stock levels.
Visit shops, supermarkets, and distributors to check product visibility and presentation.
Ensure products are correctly labelled and displayed attractively.
Monitor competitors' products, prices, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain good relationships with retailers and distributors.
Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and market presence.
Submit regular reports on stock levels, market activities, and competitor observations.
Support promotional activities and sales initiatives.
Ensure products are displayed according to company standards.

OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in merchandising, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or retail.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor stock and product displays.
Good knowledge of the Lagos market is an added advantage.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.
Must be proactive, reliable, and result-oriented.
Willingness to travel to retail outlets and customer locations when required.
Salary & Benefits
N100,000 – ₦150,000 monthly
Performance-based bonuses.
