About the Role Live Nation Merchandise Specialists work at a concert venue on show days and are directly supervised by the venue’s Merchandise Manager. They arrive at a concert venue on show day and support merchandise operations to help deliver a positive fan experience. What You'll Do
- Thrive in a fast-moving live music environment and contribute to a smooth merch operation on show days.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent service and support a team of people working toward a common goal.
- Collaborate with the Merchandise Manager and venue team to ensure merchandise is presented and managed effectively on show days. What We're Looking For
