About the Role The Gorge Amphitheatre is seeking a Venue Merchandise Seller to operate a on-site merchandise stand. You will be assigned to a point of sale selling artist merchandise, and before each event you’ll take inventory and set up the display. After the event you’ll close out, counting remaining merchandise for return. What You'll Do
- Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service
- Maintain accurate cash handling while processing purchases with the POS
- Properly handle guest credit/debit cards and applicable transactions
- Prepare your stand display before the event begins so that fans can view what is for sale
- Inventory: all items must be physically counted prior to the start What We're Looking For
