About the Role The MEP Superintendent / Foreman will lead on-site MEP installation activities, coordinate project teams, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery on construction projects. What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate on-site MEP installation activities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades
- Manage subcontractor performance, schedules, and safety on the job site
- Review drawings and specifications, interpret project requirements, and resolve field issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies; maintain a safe, clean worksite
- Collaborate with project management, engineers, and field staff to maintain schedule and quality
- Prepare daily field reports, track progress, and communicate issues to stakeholders What We're Looking For
- Experience as MEP superintendent or foreman on construction projects
- Knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and submittals
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, subcontractors, and maintain a safe work environment
- Proficient with basic software (MS Office); familiarity with project management tools is a plus Compensation & Benefits
